On the way home from school yesterday Aly (7th grade) expressed her disappointment in her friends, she explained that everyone is going boy crazy. She said that her friends are obsessed with boys now they want to sit by the boys and talk about boys and dream about boys- she's sick of it! "Mom it's like they forgot about all the things they wanted to do in life, and now all they care about is boys!". I wish I could say I was surprised but I'm not cuz I was one of those girls who went boy crazy it's like an infection it starts small then it just takes over and before you know it you are spending all your free time making list of baby names and practicing your signature with your future last name. So this morning I "accidentally" read a text that Aly write and blasted to her friends here it is..."Send this message to every BOY CRAZY girl you know! 21% boy crazy girls end up on the streets or behind steel bars...33% are/were highschool dropouts and can befound at bars and nightclubs...42% end up living in a small home or RV and have crap jobs because they dropped out of college to get married and have a family...And 3% SNAP out of it, get a degree and their dream job, get a big house and most everything they ever dreamed of. So it's your choice you can work at Mcdonalds till your 80 to pay your retirement...if you choose to..whoever sent this to you wishes to remind you that boys are stinky and gross...just like you always said when you were 3...just like it always should be....I will say no more"
Personally I'd love to know where she got the stats, especially the 21% who end up on the streets or behind "STEEL BARS"! That's awesome!!! keep it up Aly go for your dreams the boys will always be there!
